My three-year old has been asking if his meals are healthy for him. A good question we should all ask -- every day. And, for me, it adds a degree of accountability.
We were out the other day and I asked if he wanted a hamburger and fries for dinner. He response, "No. That isn't healthy for me."
Are you or members of your family asking this question out loud (or at least silently)? If not, should you/they?
